Refund Policy

As a valued client of FAMMO, we believe it is important that you know and understand all your purchasing options prior to, and post-sale of our products. 

Refunds

Before the purchase a product from FAMMO, it is your responsibility to ensure that the product is right for you. Our website displays relevant information on all products. The detailed information displayed is designed to reduce the risk of you making the wrong choice. Read the course description and product information.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Our classes are not based on volume and we do not cancel classes based on students attending class. We offer a series of classes weekly. Please notify FAMMO through email at info@fammo.net if you can not attend the class that you are registered for.

 

THERE ARE NO HIDDEN FEES FOR SWITCHING CLASSES.

If a student misses a class for any reason they will be given a credit towards the same class for up to 6 months.

 

The student must email info@fammo.net to set a class make an update and will be placed in any open classes.  This credit can be given or sold to another student or friend of the person who purchased the class. 

 

If the “reset class” appointment is missed this will then result in loss of funds. We do not guarantee placement in the same month if all classes are full.

 

Additional note to policy:

Refunds may not be issued for the following reasons:

  • Mentor, and Instructor Fees

  • Transaction Processing Fees.

  • Third-Party Transaction Fees.
